We’re excited to have you contribute to the HEWLEYS community, but we must provide some basic rules:

• Respect the community and do not post User Content, link to a website, or do anything that is illegal, misleading, malicious, harassing, inaccurate, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate or which violates any laws. Hewleys has the right to pre-screen, monitor or remove User Content – but we have no obligation to do so.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS 

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.  You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose or violate any laws (including but not limited to copyright laws). 

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services. 

All Sale items are available while Supplies Last. All Hewleys sales are final and may start/finish at any time.  All Hewleys discount codes are not applicable in combination with any sale, promotional offer, or the purchase of a gift card, and are valid for one-time use only. All codes must be entered at checkout to receive the specified discount.  Discount codes cannot be added at a later date once your order is placed.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure accuracy of the information on our website, we are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current.  We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per order or per person/household. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
