OUT OF STOCK

If an item you would like to order is out of stock, if the item is likely to be re-stocked you will have the opportunity to request an email once the item is available.  We cannot guarantee re-stocking some items.  Please also keep an eye on our website and social media for details of new collections and re-stock information. 

 

PRE-ORDERING

Some items on our website are available for pre-order.  If you place a pre-order we will indicate on our website the likely date your item will come into stock.  You will receive an email confirming your order.  Please note that in the event of any pre-orders placed with other items, the full order will be sent out together once the pre-order items come into stock. Please order separately if you require your other items sooner. 

 

 

DISCOUNT CODES

Please use any discount codes at the time of your order.   Unfortunately we are unable to add these after your order has been placed.  Discount codes are available for a limited timeframe and are issued on a first come, first served basis. 

 

SIZING

Our size charts are displayed in the images for garments.  Our sizes are checked and developed from customer feedback, so we reserve the right to make changes if necessary and these are displayed as accurately as possible.  Some items will have specific measurements, but it is difficult to provide this for stretch garments (e.g., leggings) so these will be given as UK dress sizes. 

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

These are given under Product Details on our website for each product.   We cannot be held responsible for damage to garments that have not been cared for in accordance with the care instructions. 

 

SHIPPING

Please note that at this time we are only able to deliver within the UK.

 

How much is shipping?

£3.99 per order (sent via Royal Mail)

 

When will my order arrive?

We endeavour to despatch your order within 48 hours, this may take longer during weekends and Bank Holidays.  Our website is updated to state if we are despatching as usual, or if there are likely to be delays to your order being despatched.

 

How will my order be sent?

Orders are despatched via Royal Mail.  We cannot be held responsible for late arrival of your order after despatch as this is the responsibility of Royal Mail and should be taken up with them.

 

RETURNS

We offer our free returns service, please email us at info@hewleys.co.uk and we will email a label to you. 

Items requiring a refund should be returned within 14 days.  Please note we will deal with your return as swiftly as possible but that it can take up to 10 days to process your return and issue your refund.  Refunds will be for the price of the items ordered, and do not include postage costs.

 

Items for return should be sent back in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact.  Unfortunately we are unable to refund items that are damaged, tags removed and not in their original, saleable condition.  Please include a returns note with your parcel including your name, order number and your reason for return. 

 

In the unlikely event that you wish to return an item as it is faulty, or your received the incorrect item, please email us as soon as possible at info@hewleys.co.uk with details including photographs and as much information as possible in order that we can get in touch with you and process your request promptly. 

 

We strongly recommend that you used a tracked service for returned items to avoid delays/loss of your parcel.  As stated above we are unable to offer a free returns service at this time and the postal costs will be borne by the customer.

REFUNDS

Refunds are given for items that are returned unworn, tags intact and in their original condition.  Refunds for any faulty items will be at our discretion and dealt with on a case by case basis.  As stated above please email us as info@hewleys.co.uk with details and photographs and we will deal with your request as swiftly as possible. 

 

AS SEEN ON YOU

We love to see our customers working out, playing out and chilling out in our lovely items, and you are welcome to send your photos for us to include in our As Seen on You section on our website.  You can also tag us on social media using @hewleysports&leisurewear or #hewleyssports&leisurewear.

By sending us your photograph, tagging and mentioning us on social media you agree that:

  • You are aged 18 or over

  • You are happy for us to use your submitted photograph on our website, social media including facebook, Instagram, tiktok, pinterest and any email campaigns or marketing we choose to do for our products.

  • Photographs are of you and not another third party, are your own property and do not cause any copyright issues. 

 

We reserve the right to withdraw submissions to our As Seen on You Page and will do so from time to time.

 

You can withdraw your submission at any time by emailing us at info@hewleys.co.uk clearly indicating which photograph you would like removed. 

 

PRIVACY

All information you provide us with through the ordering process, correspondence and any photographs are stored by us on our computer system/paper systems for the purpose of ordering processing and despatch all in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not pass any details to other organisations.
